Mail barcode and insert
Personalised direct mail is a great way to connect with your customers, and we help local businesses and charity organisations print, insert and lodge mail to achieve postage savings.
Eureka’s variable data service can create letters, newsletters, postcards, charity appeals, invoices and statements with personalised messages, offers and details to create greater impact and superior ROI.
Our team can create a campaign to fit your budget, and reach audiences as small as 300 through to thousands, distributing mail to local residents in specific areas or targeting specific people.
We use your customer database, remove duplicates and clean the mailing address format. Then we match names and addresses to their unique Australia Post barcode, and sort to provide a saving on postage.
We can save you time by managing your mailout inserting
Our investment in this service enables us to insert over 7500 pieces per hour, into envelopes from DL to B4 size. Two new machines, gives us the ability to fold inline, match specific material to each recipient and include booklets, magazines, CD/DVD packs, cards, reply paid envelopes and pre-folded documents.
With regular pickups from Australia Post, we can have your items sorted and lodged, including Unaddressed, PreSort, PrintPost and Charity Mail, and charged either to your account or to ours.
